I am yet who I intend to fully be. 

As I travel on life's road, our professors Dr. J. T. Hughes, Dr. J. Hughes, Dr. Smith, Dr. McGuire, Dr. Mitchell, Dr. Dunlop, Dr. Tarter, and Dr. Dunn have guided and inspired me. 

As I  journey on

this road less traveled by

Having worked as a teacher in both inner city and suburban schools, I have witnessed yearly turnover of new teachers in our public school systems.  This problem of retaining new teachers is a national issue.  As a result, I have read books and articles about this topic.
